Precision CNC Vertical Machining…

From e-mailed CAD files to the finished parts, from short run prototypes to long run production orders, we have the experience to machine parts to your exacting requirements.

Hi-Tech's skilled machinists use only the latest Vertical CNC machines to produce custom precision parts with tolerances up to ±.0001". Programmed with CAD/CAM, these milling centers have the ability to machine virtually any material from aluminum & stainless all the all way through to exotics and extremely hard materials. We also have the capability to machine most plastics (wet or dry). Hi-Tech's CNC Vertical Mills are also equipped with HAAS indexing. These indexers decrease the amount of operations it takes to complete complex parts ultimately saving money to the customer with decreased set-up costs. In regards to ideal order quantities, we are very comfortable doing either small quantity prototype runs as well as high volume production orders. In regards to ideal size parts, our preference is to work with small to medium parts. However, we now have the machining capability to handle parts up to 144" lg. x 19" w x 19" h. Either way, we take your order very seriously and appreciate the trust you put in us to handle you project.
