Hi-Tech Manufacturing's skilled machinists use only the latest Vertical CNC machines to produce precision components, many of which are held to extremely close tolerances. Typically programmed with CAD/CAM, these milling centers have the ability to machine virtually any material from aluminum & stainless to exotics and extremely hard materials. We also have the capability to machine most plastics. Hi-Tech Manufacturing's CNC Vertical Mills are also equipped with HAAS indexing. These indexers decrease the number of operations it takes to complete complex components ultimately saving money for our customers with decreased set-up costs. At Hi-Tech Manufacturing, there are no ideal order quantities. We can efficiently manufacture small quantity prototype runs as well as high volume production orders. Although our preference is to work with small to medium components, we now have the machining capability to handle components up to 15’(Length). x 4.5’(Width) x 31”(Height)  Either way, we take your order very seriously and appreciate the trust you put in us to handle your project.
