CNC Horizontal Milling Services

From e-mailed CAD files to the finished components, from short run prototypes to long run production orders, Hi-Tech Manufacturing has the experience to machine components to your exacting requirements.

In addition to the 29 CNC Vertical Mills, Hi-Tech Manufacturing has 8 Horizontal CNC Machining Centers. These highly precise machines have the spindle in a horizontal position. This provides access (along with indexing pallets) to more areas of the work piece than a conventional CNC Vertical Mill. This special process is very accurate and reduces the set-up and run time of the component, ensuring the capability to hold dimensions that have precise relationships between each other.
