Precision CNC Horizontal Machining…

From e-mailed CAD files to the finished parts, from short run prototypes to long run production orders, we have the experience to machine parts to your exacting requirements.

In addition to the Twenty Nine CNC Vertical Mills, Hi-Tech now has Eight Horizontal CNC Machining Centers. These highly precise Machines have the spindle in a horizontal position. This allows us access (Along with indexing pallets) to more areas of the work piece than a conventional CNC Vertical Mill. This special process is very accurate and reduces the set-up and run time of the part. This technique also allows us to hold dimensions that have precise relationships between each other.
