Experience/Cost Reduction

Reverse Engineering

With two full time Mechanical Engineers on staff we are able to provide services such as drafting and reverse engineering.

CNC Programming

We have three fulltime CNC programmers and all our CNC equipment is hard wired via DNC controllers to ease the transfer of CNC programs to the shop floor. The CAM software we use to program our equipment is capable of translating most of the common CAD file types into usable code for use on our CNC equipment. This process allows us to develop programs for our equipment that are extremely accurate.

Some of the CAD files we work with are DXF, DWG, IGES, SOLIDMODEL, SOLIDPART,
PRO-ENGINEER.
