Hi-Tech Manufacturing has been in business for over 28 years. We specialize in products for the Medical, Energy, Scientific Laboratory, and Industrial markets.
We are looking for an Experienced Sub-Contract Manufacturing Sales Leader to fill a key position within our organization.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Proven team player
- Ability to develop $3M to $5M of new business over first 24 month period
- Identify the needs of industry customers and potential customers and create effective solutions based on core services to achieve revenue goals
- Develop and support marketing services and directly support the site VP/GM to provide world-class customer service
- Experience in a senior level customer facing role
- A thought leader with a proven sustained track record of successful sales leadership with experience closing deals that are complex
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into professional sales presentations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills at all levels of customer and company management
- Highest standards of ethical behavior and positive contribution to the community consistent with the company culture
- Creativity in proposing and evaluating new business possibilities
- Develop good relationships with key personnel at all levels of plant, engineering and management within accounts

CNC Milling Department Supervisor
SUMMARY
Responsible for set-up and operation of the CNC Horizontal & Vertical Machine Centers. In addition, responsible for production goals and the ability to foster a well-trained and motivated staff.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must be a team player as measured by his/her peers.
- Establish and maintain safe working environment.
- Establish maintenance requirements for equipment and facility in conjunction with Engineering and Maintenance personnel. Ensure timely maintenance is performed and proper records are maintained.
- Develop and plan jobs by setting priority and assigning appropriate skill level to produce a quality product in spec and on time.
- Implement processes to improve ability to produce a quality product in spec and on time.
- Communicate and implement company policies, procedures and objectives. Facilitate the flow of fact based information.
- Continuous improvement activity using the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve & Control (DMAIC) methodology or Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) cycle.
- Recommend improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures, and working conditions.
- Assess employee performance, provide frequent constructive feedback to employees, and conduct performance reviews. Implement corrective and disciplinary action as warranted.
- Identify and implement necessary personnel coaching, training and development to upgrade and maintain employee skill levels to keep pace with current and future company requirements.
- Measure and manage productivity and the allocation of resources, including the control of overtime and hiring of personnel.
- Review CNC Mill machine part programs, tooling aids, and machine set ups to ensure optimum output from resources, employee relations.
- Maintain effective interface with other operations supervisors and other departments (i.e.; Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Customer Service) to optimize production and process improvement activity.
- Work to continuously improve in all areas such as safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- 10 to 15 years of progressive operational and management experience
- Relevant industry experience
- Proven track record in the management of manufacturing operations, engineering, and quality assurance
